Terms and Conditions for Railway Hotel Gosford’s Bali Competition.

Promotion Period:

The competition is open from Wednesday 20 November to Friday 20 December 2024.

How to Enter:

1. To enter the competition, customers must dine at Railway Hotel Gosford between 20/11/24 and 20/12/24 and purchase a Carlton product.   

2. Entrants must also scan the QR code or enter via the provided landing page as instructed to complete their entry.

3. Bonus Entry: Entrants can gain one additional entry by posting a photo at Railway Hotel Gosford on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @railwayhotelgosford, and following our social media accounts on both platforms.

4. Entries must be received by 19/12/24 to be eligible for the prize draw.

Prize:

The winner will receive a 5-night trip to Bali valued at $5000 (the "Prize"). 

The Prize includes the following:

- Return private airport transfers in Bali

- All-inclusive dining: daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at any open onsite venue

- Unlimited daily drinks including beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and soft drinks

- One-time 30-minute head, neck & foot massage per adult

- Tropical Temptation Beach Club entry with one cocktail per adult and a discount on lounge, VIP, and cabana upgrades

- One complimentary resort activity per guest

- Two-hour daily access to Oceania Kid’s Club

- 30% discount on dining at Pasar Senggol & Nampu Teppanyaki

- 30% discount on select spa treatments

- 30% discount on resort activities

Inclusions valid for two guests. Additional guests can attend however this will be at the winner’s expense.

Exclusions:

- The Prize does not include flights to Bali. The winner is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their flights.

- The value of the Prize is subject to seasonal price variability and may change based on availability and peak season pricing.

- The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

Eligibility:

- The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

- Employees of Railway Hotel and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Winner Selection:

- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

- The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media by Friday, 20th December 2024.

- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Terms:

- Railway Hotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

- By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials.

- Personal information provided as part of the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and in accordance with Railway Hotel’s privacy policy.
